Watermelon Goat Cheese Salad
Watermelon goat cheese salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onions, Za'atar, and sumac. This salad only takes 15 minutes to make and is full of Mediterranean flavor.
Yield: 5 Servings
In a large bowl, add the chopped watermelon, onion, and cucumber. Then add the baby spinach, cherry tomato, green olives, black olives, lemon juice, olive oil, zaatar, sumac, and salt. Combine using a spatula.
Next, cut the feta cheese block into cubes and add it to the salad. The salad is best served cold.
