These no-bake nutella oatmeal cookies are chewy, indulgent, and loaded with nutella and oats. The cookies come together in no time and taste delicious!
In a medium-sized saucepan, over low-medium heat, add and combine the sugar, golden syrup, unsalted butter, and milk. Whisk the ingredients until the butter completely melts, and bring the mixture to a boil. Let the mixture boil for 2 minutes before removing the mixture from heat. Add the vanilla extract, salt, and gluten-free oats. Using a spatula or spoon, stir the ingredients until combined. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before shaping the cookies.
Align a tray with parchment paper and roll one tablespoon of cookie mixture into a ball. Then with the back of a spoon, slightly flatten the cookie ball. Repeat until you are out of cookie dough.
Chill the no-bake nutella oatmeal cookies in the freezer for two hours before serving. Alternatively, you can chill the cookies in the fridge for 12 hours before serving.
